PeopleSoft Student Center, Faculty Center, Student Essentials, ePay, Student Admissions, Contributor Relations, Financial Aid, Student Financials, Student Records, and Student Employment (PSES) will be unavailable Thursday, November 14, 2019, from approximately 5:00am to 7:00am, for the migration of online and batch objects to PeopleSoft Production (PSPROD). Due to the content of the migrations, we anticipate that this activity will create an outage.
An issue in the Rhodes Hall and CCC server farms is affecting many campus IT services, potentially including Pinnacle, authentication, Tableau, OBIEE, on-campus hosting, Student Essentials, SIP/H323 video conferencing, VPN, and others. Cornell staff are investigating.
If you are having difficulties getting Office 365 email through one device, it may be due to your credentials expiring on that device. If you have another device or application you use to check your email, it might still be connected.
Emails to Remedy addresses are bouncing saying the mailbox is full and can't accept messages. The emails do end up creating and updating Remedy incidents despite the bounce. The Remedy Team is aware of the issue and currently working with the vendor.
