On Tuesday, April 21, 2020, between 5:00am and 7:00am, Net-Print will be unavailable to users for up to two hours due to scheduled monthly updates. Once updates have been completed, service will be restored.
Beginning in late April or early May 2020, SAP Concur will release a new version of its mobile app (v. 9.79). To prioritize resources and increase security, with this release Concur will only support the current and six earlier versions of the app at any given time.
Over the weekend of April 11-12, 2020, Zoom changed settings throughout its systems to enforce the use of a Zoom-generated password for all Zoom Cloud Recordings by default. This has resulted in members of the Cornell community not being able to view some Zoom recordings until the owner of the recording turns off the protection. Cornell staff have reverted this change, so new recordings are not having the Zoom password added.
Some Zoom users may be experiencing difficulty joining meetings created between Monday, March 30, 2020, around 10:00am and Wednesday, April 1, 2020, around noon, that required attendees to be authenticated users. Meetings created during this window may have an incorrect user domain in the authenticated users option. Because of this, attendees will see the message “This meeting is for authorized users only,” when trying to join, even though they are properly logged in using Cornell Single Sign On.
Zoom has issued a new version of its client applications for Windows and Mac to address security issues. All computers--both Cornell-owned and personally owned--running Zoom Client for Meetings should be updated.
On Sunday, April 5, 2020, between 6am-12pm, KFS, Cynergy, e-SHOP, Cynergy Applications, and Travel reimbursement will be unavailable due to a patch release. After the maintenance window, users will have access to the latest enhancements.
