Payroll Distribution

For pay issued on or after April 1, 2013, employees receive electronic delivery of all pay stubs through Workday. Employees can use the View Your Paycheck application to view paychecks issued before April 1, 2013. Employees enrolled in direct deposit can obtain earning information and verify deposit amounts on their electronic pay stubs. Employees not enrolled in direct deposit will have a paper paycheck mailed to their home address as recorded in their Workday record.

Non-student employees can verify their listed home address via Workday, while student employees must use The Student Center. Students should also be aware of the mailing label selection process:

  • If a "University Assigned" address-type is available, it is used; if not, the process looks for a "Student Local" address-type.
  • If a "Student Local" address-type is available, it is used; if not, the process uses the default "Home" address-type.

To avoid having paychecks lost in the mail, all employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
