Capital Construction-Moveable Equipment Expense 3975 For use only in accounts with a sub-fund group code of PLCIP or PLSUCF. Used to record Moveable Equipment (easily transportable equipment) purchased in a construction project account.
Maintenance - Grounds Expense 6495 Expenditures grounds maintenance. Use: External providers of grounds services such as snow plowing, landscaping, etc.
Employee Training & Registration Fees Expense 6355 Expenditures for employees to attend external workshops, seminars and other educational activities outside Cornell. Use 6356 for Cornell workshops/training. Use: Use for outside professional development including continuing education, TC3, CPA units, etc. University-sponsored workshops, seminars and other educational activities for employees should be coded 6356.
Extension Association - Administration Expense 5257 CORNELL COOPERATIVE EXTENSION USE ONLY. Salary for NYS Extension Association administrative staff (HR, Finance, other professionals, Admin Assistants, etc.). Interdept - Services Expense 6725 Expenditures for services from other departments or units within the university that cannot be classified under another interdepartmental service code. Use: Farm services, Gannett, Dairy Plant, CNAL, CORE lab, etc. i.e. Attend HR workshop at ILR. Registration fee is on 6725. All interdepartmental charges should use ID revenue and expense codes where possible

Payments-Other Institution-Student Study Expense 6165 Expenditures for Tuition and fees associated students studying at other Colleges or Universities. The student tuition is recorded in the Cornell bursar using the appropriate tuition object code. This object code is used to pay invoices from the other Institution for either Tuition Paid Out (TPO) or Program Fee Out (PFO). Use: Units that have students at other Colleges or Universities.
