All fees associated with a trip should be charged to the travel object code. Not for Business-related travel, nor student travel grants. See policy 3.2 for further details.

Cost of Sales - Beverage Alcohol Expense 6005 The cost of merchandise sold from alcoholic beverage inventory. Use: When using this code in a designated operating account there must be sales revenue corresponding to the cost of sales.
Interdept - Copy & Printing Svcs Expense 6642 Interdepartmental expenditures for printing and duplicating services. Cornell providers only. Use: Campus Store, CU Printshop, departmental copy charges, etc.

Benefit Assessment - CURP Resumption Expense 5605 Endowed College assessment for cost of resuming CURP 1/1/2021. Charges will be posted centrally. As an assessment this charge is federally unallowable, and may not be used in fund CG or subfund APFEDL.
Supplies - Equip L/T Cap Threshold Expense 6561 Equipment purchased that costs less than the capital threshold but is required to be inventoried. (Example: Jet Propulsion Laboratory requires equipment purchased >= $1,000 be inventoried. Use object code 6561 and request that the item be tagged.)
Health Insurance - GRA Expense 8635 Payment of the student health insurance premium and health fee for CU graduate research assistantships. Normally paid via the Student Financial System (Peoplesoft). Excludes other fees for fellows, professional and non-degree students. Use: GRA health insurance premium and fee.

Fed Unallowable-Public & Donor Relations Expense 6420 Expenditures for public & donor relations and advertising that are classified as unallowable according to OMB A-21. Use: Donations in lieu of flowers, etc.
Transfer Out-to Renewal & Replacement Expense 8040 Used in the operating (GNxxxx) account providing funds to a Renewal and Replacement Reserve (RVREPL) account.

Use 6210 - 6240 for rentals with signed lease agreements greater than one year, 6385 for rentals associated with hosted events and 6631 for interdepartmental room and rental. Not to be used for travel related auto rental.
