Paying for Goods and Services Not Requiring a Purchase Order

This section of the Buying Manual defines payment methods available for making purchases when a purchase order is not required. The university's preferred procurement method is e-SHOP, which provides the best value by offering one-stop access to the university's preferred and contract suppliers and their products, comparative-shopping tools, and streamlined, electronic payment approval processing.
