Prior to the implementation of the Kuali Financial System (KFS), accounting journals were processed in the Journal Entry Management System (JEMS). JEMS has been decommissioned with the implementation of KFS, but historical general ledger entries processed in JEMS are available for reference purposes.
Note: This application is secure and can only be accessed by authorized application users. Direct all JEMS inquiries, including authorization requests, to Accounting.
In KFS, general ledger entries formerly processed through JEMS will be processed using Financial Processing e-docs. Refer to KFS Training and Standard Operating Procedures for the appropriate method of processing general ledger entries.
