How to Request Support

During normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.:

  • Expedite campus knowledge of KFS. If everyone contacts the help desk, it will take much longer for knowledge to be shared across campus
  • Expedite the KFS Help Desk response to requests. If the Help Desk is answering the same basic questions over and over again, it will take away from the time we can spend troubleshooting more serious issues or complex questions
  • This, in turn, will ensure everyone gets the quickest response to their requests, whether it be from your in-house expert or the KFS Help Desk
