• For Toyota, contact a Maguire representative directly, in the service area, at (607) 257-1515. Use your Cornell ID to receive Cornell business discounted rates and insurance privileges.
• For Nissan, contact a Maguire representative directly, in the service area, at (607) 272-8000. Use your Cornell ID to receive Cornell business discounted rates and insurance privileges.

Rate and Insurance Information

• Rental rates are available for all classes of vehicles available at site.
• Rates are for rentals returned to the same location.
• Rental protection plans included with business rentals are deductible reimbursement up to $1,500 on any claims under Loss Damage Waiver (LDW) – full coverage for loss or damage to the rental car; and Primary Liability Protection Coverage.
• Drivers must be 21 years of age to be eligible to rent under Cornell's corporate agreement.
• The renter must have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in his or her name. (For tax-exempt business rentals in New York State, the renter must pay with a Cornell corporate card.)
