The newly revamped Procurement Certification Program, scheduled to begin in October, includes five core courses and four electives. Registration will be available inin mid-September.
The nine classes in the program include a pre-requisite tutorial and a two-to-three-hour classroom session. The classroom sessions include presentations that build upon the tutorial, along with hands-on exercises.

When Procurement and Payment Services launched this program in 2016 for business service center staff members, it was designed to guide service center employees through the purchasing process. The feedback received has helped improve the program and it is now available to all Cornell employees involved in the purchasing process.
