Fees - Mandatory Undergraduate Expense 8220 Payment of mandatory fees for CU undergraduate students. Normally paid via the Student Financial System. Excludes payments for non-degree students. Use: undergraduate mandatory fees.
Services - Medical and Health Care Expense 6624 Expenditures for medical services provided by outside vendors. Use: Contractual agreements with medical providers to cover students medical needs off campus. i.e Cornell in Washington. Any medical expenses related to travel should be coded to travel, 6750/6760.

Supplies - Hospital and Clinical Expense 6520 Expenditures for hospital and clinical supplies and materials, including dental, optical, surgical, and X-ray supplies. Use: Not limited
Benefits - Adjustments Expense 5630 Used to process employee benefit adjustments. DFA use only.
Cost Share - CMID Expense 9954 Cost Share object code for CMID level. System use only.
Capitalized RE Lease Interest Expense 6926 Interest expense related to capital real estate leases. Use: Not limited
Hosted Events-Conferences and Seminars Expense 6385 Costs associated with presenting a program or event by Cornell, including both on- and off campus events. Use: Any cost associated with an on or off campus event including space, speaker, refreshments. E.g. money spent to present the Annual Topology Workshop. Sponsor the Computational Finance Conference in NYC, open to all.
Budget - Employee Benefit Expense 5495 Budget use only.
Participant Support - Fees Expense 9098 Fees to enable an individual's participation in a formal university conference or training project as defined in 2 CFR 200.75. Fees paid by the participant may include laboratory fees, passport/visa fees for foreign participants, or registration fees. Example REU, MARC, RET programs. Excluded from MTDC.
Travel - Domestic (non-employee) Expense 6751 Expenditures for non-employee domestic travel among the fifty states, its possessions, or its territories. Use: For travel funded by a sponsored project, consult the contractual documents for the sponsor's definition of domestic. All fees associated with a trip should be charged to the travel object code.

Prizes - Undergraduate Expense 8250 Payment of prizes or awards for CU undergraduate students. A prize is awarded in conjunction with a competition in which one voluntarily initiate participation and are judged by a designated committee, faculty/staff, student organization, college, or department. An award is given in recognition of outstanding religious, charitable, scientific, educational, artistic, literary, or civic performance or achievement and are not part of a student's financial aid package. Use: undergraduate student prizes.
Capital Construction - Planning Expense 3920 For use only in accounts with a sub-fund group code of PLCIP or PLSUCF. Used to record construction project Planning costs.
Interdept - Food & Beverage Catering Expense 6630 Catering services provided by Cornell departments. (Cornell Catering). Use: Cornell Catering
Interdept CIT - Telecom Usage Expense 6125 Toll related charges from CIT for international and calling cards. Use: CIT only
Academic - Faculty Sabbatic Leave-CC Expense 5041 Salary for contract college sabbatical leave payments -- both from University funds and department supplement. Zero fringe rate.
