See the Year-End Deadlines page for important dates. Below are the remaining dates before July 20, 2015:
- July 15, Wednesday, 9:00 p.m.:
- Final Year End (YE) e-doc creation (departments). Only e-docs approved before 9:00 p.m. will be included in the second account reversion. Please keep in mind that additional approvals may also be required. The goal should be to get all YE docs approved ASAP.
- Second account reversion.
- July 16, Thursday, 5:00 p.m.:
- Third and final account reversion. Any remaining YE e-docs must be approved by this time.
- KFS and e-SHOP will be unavailable, 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
- July 20, Monday, 5:00 p.m.:
- Year-end close.
- KFS and e-SHOP will be unavailable, 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Please review your action list for any YE docs. Initiators should follow up on their YE e-docs to make sure they are approved.
