Performance Issue - Adobe Acrobat Pro DC License Expiration
Tuesday, October 22, 2019 - 3:12pm
Some Cornell users of Acrobat Pro DC are being notified that the software has expired and is now requiring sign-in, or have received a warning that their license will expire on 11/30/2019. This issue is due to an Adobe update that triggered the application’s license verification. Cornell is in the process of transitioning from device licenses (the type triggering expiration notices) to user licenses. Anyone experiencing the issue who already has a named-user license can reactivate Acrobat by signing in with their Adobe ID and password. If you do not have a named-user license, one can be requested. See https://it.cornell.edu/software-licensing/adobe-acrobat-pro-licensing .
