Continuing Disclosure Information

To comply with Rule 15c2-12 promulgated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 as amended (“Rule 15c2-12”), Cornell University has undertaken in a written agreement (the “Continuing Disclosure Agreement”) for the benefit of the bondholders. Cornell's annually shares and posts to the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”) its operating and financial information (shown below), and financial report, as well as its Electronic Municipal Market Access System (EMMA) for municipal disclosures with the assistance of Digital Assurance Certification LLC (“DAC”).
