Returned Payment Policy

All payments (including Cashnet payments and paper checks) not honored by the bank are subject to a $25 returned payment charge.

In addition, any balance unpaid on the student account that results from the returned check is subject to a late fee of 1.25%.

Registration

If a payment used registration is returned, it must be replaced within 5 business days, or a student’s registration may be rescinded. If the registration is rescinded and payment is not replaced by the third week of classes, the Registrar will assess a late registration fee of $350. If the registration is rescinded and the payment is not replaced by the sixth week of classes, the Registrar will assess a late registration fee of $500.00.

Notes:

  • All transactions will only be attempted one time.
  • We reserve the right to request certified funds (cash, certified check, or money order) for replacement.
  • No postdated checks will be accepted.
