University Collections

In addition to the collection of delinquent student loans and bursar/Cornellcard accounts, the Student Loan Repayment and Collections department also collects on delinquent accounts owed to various university departments. Accounts include transportation fines, unpaid charges to Cornell Health, and overdue library books and fines, as well as many others.

If the account belongs to a student or former student of Cornell University, services will be withheld until the account is paid in full, including the following;

• Registration
• Diplomas
