Please remember to run your monthly financial statements for December 2015 after January 6, 2016.
In addition, the Auxiliary Voucher deadline has been extended to January 6, 2016.
An auxiliary voucher (AV) is an e-doc that allows an organization to post accrual entries within their unit after the last calendar day of a month. Normally, the grace period for making those entries is five days after the end of the month.
Due to the way the weekend falls after the winter break, we will return Monday, January 4. Therefore, we are extending the AV accounting grace period for December by one day to allow units time to complete accrual entries.
