The Auxilliary Voucher deadline has been extended to September 6. For August 2016 month-end, please remember to run your final monthly financial statements after September 6.
An Auxiliary Voucher (AV) is an e-doc that allows an organization to post accrual entries within its unit after the last calendar day of a month. Normally, the grace period for making those entries is five days after the end of the month.
Since the Labor Day holiday falls on the fifth day this year, we are extending the AV accounting grace period for August by one day to allow units time to complete accrual entries.
