- Annual telephone directory review and update

- Assistance/consultation, i.e., qualitative issues
- Attestation process coordination
- Salary Improvement Program (SIP)
- Award and equity consultations, e.g., market data, application of SIP program guidelines, etc.
UBSC Responsibilities
- Financial review and approval (for financial management customers only) for classifications, reclassifications, new positions, reappointments, extensions, rehires, salary adjustments
