The Cornell University Business Service Center (UBSC) provides financial transaction and financial management services to numerous administrative units of Cornell University. In fiscal year 2013, we updated our mission and vision statements, as well as re-evaluated our strategy and identified those significant few things on which we would focus that would advance us toward the realization of our vision.
To deliver exceptional financial services, ensure policy compliance, and provide guidance, training, counsel, and recommendations for cost-savings and/or re-engineering opportunities for all customer departments.
The University Business Service Center will exhibit service excellence and set the standard by which all financial service centers will measure their success.
Use partnership, innovation, and stewardship to contribute to the success of President Skorton's Staff Excellence and Excellence in Organizational Stewardship strategic objectives.
