Policy Statement

Cornell University will not tolerate sexual abuse, rape, or other sexual assaults of any kind against students, staff, faculty, or visitors. In an ongoing effort to prevent sexual assaults on the Cornell campus, the university provides education and prevention programs for the Cornell community; pursues all complaints of sexual assault; dispenses disciplinary action where appropriate; and provides complainants with information on pursuing criminal or other legal action.

Entities Affected by this Policy

All units of the university, excluding the Weill Cornell Medical College and Graduate School of Medical Sciences.
