The University Policy Office announces the issuance of revisions to University Policy 3.24, Personal Communication Devices.
This policy provides guidelines to individuals and units regarding what to consider when acquiring, using, and providing funding for personal communication devices (mobile phones, smartphones, mobile broadband devices, etc.) when such devices are required to conduct university business. The revisions to this policy reflect current practices and provide greater clarity on the considerations and regulations surrounding accommodations for employees who need personal communication devices in the course of their job requirements.
