June 17, 2009 - Policy
The University Policy Office (UPO) announces revisions to the University Policy 7.2, Involuntary Student Leave for Reasons of Personal or Community Safety.
This policy has been updated to provide students with a process for appealing the imposition of an involuntary student leave. Under this revised policy, a student may submit in writing an appeal of the decision of the Vice President for Student and Academic Services to impose an involuntary leave of absence to the Provost or Provost’s designee within five days of receiving the decision.
