Our goal is to provide the best training to our customers, so that they become better stewards of university resources. We make customer service and customer education our number-one priority. To accomplish this, we have developed courses to help increase participants' effectiveness at their workplaces. These courses have been designed in partnership with our customers to address every major business process within university finance.
The implementation of the Kuali Financial System (KFS) and various other new systems at Cornell has presented new training opportunities, and we are currently rebuilding our training library to offer new role-based certification programs, online tutorials, and a variety of stand-alone, in-classroom courses.
