The university has partnered with Elavon Corporation to provide the following credit card processing services:

  • Merchant identification numbers (MIDs)
  • Card reader equipment
  • Web-hosted payment solutions (Virtual Merchant)
  • Web access to processed transactions for analysis and reporting (Merchant Connect)
  • Consulting on PCI-compliant processing solutions
  • 24/7 customer support at (800) 725-1245

All interactions with Elavon for establishing a Merchant ID or purchasing equipment or software solutions must go through the Cornell's Cash Management Office. Cash Management's relationship with Elavon will ensure lower prices and faster response time.
