Changes to a unit's current merchant setup must be requested from the Cash Management Office (CMO).

• To request additional MID(s), complete a Credit Card Merchant Account Application and send it to the CMO.
• To add or remove users to or from Merchant Connect, complete a Merchant Connect Setup form and send it to the CMO.
• To order or replace equipment, contact the CMO directly.

Note: Please allow three weeks for an MID assignment.
