The University Bursar oversees the activities involved in billing and collecting tuition, fees, and other charges incurred by students, as well as student loans. Services include the CornellCard program, which allows students to make purchases by presenting their ID cards, an electronic billing and payment system for student Bursar and CornellCard accounts (Net.Pay), direct deposit of student refunds, an electronic 1098-T service, and an electronic student loan exit interview system.
