Supply Management Services

There are two ways in which users can learn about e-SHOP and stay up to date on its features:

• Online WebEx Training Sessions
• e-SHOP tutorials

With the transition to KFS, all e-SHOP users are required to take the "Using e-SHOP" tutorial (KFSPUR-400eSHOP-Tutorial (Using e-SHOP)). See the KFS Training page for instructions on enrolling to take this and other KFS Purchasing tutorials.

Supply Management Services uses WebEx, an online training tool, to provide e-SHOP users and those responsible for approving orders in e-SHOP with live, interactive training from their own office or home computer.

WebEx Registration Instructions

• Go to https://cornell.webex.com/
• Enter "e-SHOP" in the search field (the hyphen is required) to bring up a list of all the scheduled sessions
• Select the session you want. The titles of the sessions will describe the type of training being offered
• Click "Register," and enter the required information (your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address)
• Click the "REGISTER" button

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail message that contains the meeting password and instructions for joining the meeting.
