July 1, 2009 - Payroll
As of July 1, 2009, all eligible employees must use the online W-4 Self Service application to submit changes and updates to federal and New York State withholding amounts. To make changes to other withholding allowances, or obtain the W-4 form with instructions, please see Withholding Allowance Certificates.
