The Payroll office offers electronic delivery of all pay stubs via the ePay application, View Your Paycheck, with which employees enrolled in direct deposit can obtain earning information and verify deposit amounts. Employees not enrolled in direct deposit will have a paper paycheck mailed to their home address as recorded in their PeopleSoft record.

Non-student employees can verify their listed home address via Employee Essentials, while student employees must useĀ Just the Facts/Student Center. Students should also be aware of the mailing label selection process:

  • If a "University Assigned" address-type is available, it is used; if not, the process looks for a "Student Local" address-type.
  • If a "Student Local" address-type is available, it is used; if not, the process uses the default "Home" address-type.

To avoid having paychecks lost in the mail, all employees are encouraged to sign up for direct deposit.
