Payroll representatives are required to fill out and submit the "Vacation/Sick Time Leave Balance Correction" form for nonexempt employees when the employee's sick and/or vacation balance is not correct in PeopleSoft.
Note: Leave balances for exempt employees are not maintained in the PeopleSoft system.
