The FTC/BSC Management System (BSCMS) provides information about financial transaction centers (FTC), business service centers (BSC), and KFS Organization (org) responsibility, as well as which centers support which orgs/codes. It also provides a way for authorized individuals within FTCs and BSCs to edit their center’s contact information, permit membership, and org code responsibility, using maintenance e-docs. The e-docs are routed for approval to the authorized individuals before the changes can take effect.
Legacy accounting department responsibility is available at the bottom of this page.
This system cannot be used to create new account department codes. To request a new department code, please see Set Up and Manage Accounts.
Note: The information in this system is available to everyone. Editing privileges are based on permit membership.
