NEW! Activate Direct Deposit via Net.Pay

As of July 2010, the Bursar’s office is using direct deposit as the primary method for disbursing student refunds and stipends, and students can use the Cornell Net.Pay system to add and manage their banking information and receive deposits electronically.

To activate direct deposit:

Current students using direct deposit

Note: Banking information from the old system will not be converted for security reasons. 

• If you are already enrolled in Net.Pay, use your existing user name and password and enter your banking information. See the instructions below.
• If you are not enrolled in Net.Pay, sign up now and enter your banking information. See the instructions below.

New students 

• Activate your Net.Pay account and enter your banking information. See the instructions below.
  
• If you are not enrolled in Net.Pay, sign up now and enter your banking information. See the instructions below.

Notes:

1. Students will be notified via e-mail when a direct deposit refund or stipend has occurred.
2. Cornell University will process paper student refund checks only if no banking information has been provided by the student.

If you are an employee and you want your salary or hourly wages deposited into your bank account, you may enroll in the Payroll Direct Deposit program.
