Bursar Services

If you are a registered full-time undergraduate, graduate, or professional student, your student refunds, and fellowship stipends can be deposited directly into any U.S. bank account on which you, the student, are an authorized signer. You can enroll by submitting the Electronic Student Refund Deposit Enrollment form.

Why Direct Deposit?

• Peace of Mind. You will eliminate the possibility that the check will get delayed, lost, or stolen.
  
• Access your money earlier.  The deposit will be credited on the payment date.

Note: Please print this form, and submit it along with a voided check to the Office of the Bursar, 260 Day Hall, Ithaca, NY 14853-2801. Enrollment cards are also available at the Office of the Bursar. You do not need to complete a new form unless your bank account information has changed.

Payroll Office Direct Deposit

If you are an employee and you want your salary or hourly wages deposited into your bank account, you may enroll in the Payroll Direct Deposit program.
