To enter a purchase order directly into the Automated Procurement and Payment System (APPS), log in to APPS on the Web, and proceed with the WebReq system option. APPS authorization is required to use this service.
If you do not have authorization to place a requisition into APPS, but still would like to get the procurement process started and pass it on to the administrative support for your unit, you can access the following forms using our WebForm tool:
Note: Only Internet Explorer (IE) version 6 and Firefox are supported. Please do not use Internet Explorer (IE) version 7.0 or later, because the forms will not perform correctly.
