Internal borrowing rate set through 2015
The university’s internal borrowing rate has been set through fiscal year 2015.
Cornell University's Treasurer provides stewardship of the university's debt and financial assets. The treasury function oversees the financial areas of Debt, Cash Management, Investment Accounting, Plant Accounting, and University Bursar, as well as University Policy, Division of Financial Affairs Communication, and Finance Training.
