As of Wednesday, September 5, 2012, members of the CIT-DFA IT Service Group, which includes the University Audit Office, began submitting all requests for technical support to the IT Service Desk as outlined below.
This new model is in effect for all technical support issues, including desktop; software; security; and DFA networks, servers, and systems.
