Cornell University expects all employees and members of the campus community to comply with environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations. The Department of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) maintains the programs and procedures that allow the university to uphold the highest standard of excellence in environmental, health, and safety stewardship.

Violation of this policy should be reported to your supervisor, your human resource representative, unit manager, and/or the office responsible for the policy. Where these resources are inadequate, you may choose to make an anonymous report through the Cornell University Hotline.
