Today is the final deadline for Year End (YE) e-docs to be processed and approved.
YE e-docs are a special set of e-docs that are only available during a year-end closing period (period 13), and only available for a limited number of transaction types – e.g., Budget Adjustment (BA), Distribution of Income and Expense (DI), General Error Correction (GEC), and Transfer of Funds (TF).
The University Business Service Center requires up to an additional five days prior to these deadlines to process requisitions.
