Initial release of the attachment system

• Upload a new attachment file for linking
• Enter a description for the file being attached
• Edit the description of the attached file
• Resequence the files
• View all the details of the attached file, including who attached it
• Delete an attached file
• Integration with the logging system to add logs to the files being attached to, which will describe what actions were taken while in the attachment system.
