Current Projects
Part of the responsibility of the Division of Financial Affairs is to review business operations on campus to ensure that Cornell continues to benefit from best practice.
Projects to review and improve financial operations currently fall under the Finance Workforce Planning initiative led by VP for Financial Affairs Joanne DeStefano. So far, this initiative has led to the formation of business service centers to achieve economies of scale and deepen the financial expertise available to administrative units. Another improvement project is Procurement Review that should unveil its first set of recommendations later this year.
